Create a Sense of Urgency!

Author: Dave Luther

You want your potential customer to purchase your product now.
First, of course, you have to create a need for your product in your prospects mind. Explain the sizzle. Tell of the benefits. Try to think of any objections he may have and acknowledge them. Let him know you are looking at the situation from his point of view. Your on his side. Explain how the benefits outweigh the objections. Admit that everything is a compromise.

When you think that he is seeing things your way, ask for the order and give him a reason to buy now. If you dont get the order now, you probably never will.

Selling on the net is more difficult than selling in person, face to face with a prospect. Since you cant see your prospect and know nothing about your prospect, you have to put yourself in his place and try to imagine why you would not buy your product, then answer those issues. Chances are you wont get a second chance. Use this advice only after you have contacted the prospect enough times that your name is not unknown to him. Soften him up, with emails, newsletters, or a website, then ask for the order.
